A Standard Task functions like a stamp that users can schedule repeatedly for different shifts. The Task Type tool allows users to categorize tasks by work type (e.g. electrical, mechanical, etc.). This guide explains how to accomplish this.

Step-By-Step Guide

Follow these steps to set the Task Type of a Standard Task in CiteOps.

1. Click on the Planning Board icon

There are two options to set the Task Type for a Standard Task.

2.1 Double click on the Standard Task. This opens the Edit Standard Task form then select the Task Type in the drop down menu.

2.2 Right click on the Standard Task, select More and click Task Type.
