A Standard Task functions like a stamp that users can schedule repeatedly for different shifts. The Recurrence tool allows users to set the shift, frequency and repetition for the task. This guide explains how to accomplish this.

This guide provides instructions on how to:

  • Add a Recurrence

  • Edit a Recurrence

  • Delete a Recurrence

Follow these steps to add, edit and delete Recurrence on a Standard Task.

1. Click on the Planning Board icon.

Add a Recurrence

1. Right-click on the Standard Task, select the Recurrence and click Add.

2. Set the Recurrence. Click on Save.

To show the recurred Standard Task on the Week 3, 4 and 5 schedules, click on the "Show on weeks 3, 4 and 5" checkbox.

Edit a Recurrence

1. Right-click on the Standard Task, select the Recurrence and click on the existing recurrence.

2. Change recurrence details (e.g., Frequency). Click on Save.

Delete a Recurrence

1. Right-click on the Standard Task, select the Recurrence and click on the existing recurrence.

2. Delete the recurrence.

3. Confirm the deletion of the recurrence.

4. Confirm the deletion of the scheduled tasks (by this recurrence).
