Scheduled tasks are the tasks that have been scheduled for a specific Shift, this and can be done in different ways:
'Add Task' for a specific shift:
Right click in the desire shift panel and select “Add task”. Complete all the required fields and save.
Scheduling a Standard Tasks:
Drag a task from the “Standard task Panel” to the desired shift. Once scheduled, any changes apply to the scheduled task, won´t impact the “Standard Task template”.
If the task needs to be completed in an ongoing basis, a recurrence can be setup from a standard task buy just right clicking in the task and selecting recurrence and then “Add”.
A standard tasks Task functions like a template that users can schedule repeatedly for different shifts, for that reason, when scheduling a Standard Task, the task will remain in the panel to be use scheduled again in the future.
Scheduling a Planned Task:
Drag a task from the “Planned task Panel” to the desired shift. Once scheduled, the task will disappear from the panel.
Importing a task or group of tasks:
Tasks, such as maintenance work orders, can be scheduled in CiteOps by using the “Smart Import” functionality of the tool. Refer to the ”How to Import Spreadsheets".
Once scheduled, tasks can be moved to another Shift by just dragging and dropping the task (or group of tasks) in the desired shift. Tasks can also be: duplicated, edited or deleted. Just right click in the task and select the corresponding option:
To select a group of tasks press “Ctrl” while selecting the desired of tasks and right click.
Please note that not all the actions can be applied to a group of tasks.
