Standard Jobs can be created in multiple screens. In the planning board, schedule screen and in the scheduler screen itself. Standard jobs will be the task template in the scheduler screen and can be dragged and dropped to be scheduled.
Step-By-Step Guide
1.In either screen: planning board, schedule screen or scheduler screen, right click into the task then select ‘Make into Standard Job’.
2.A pop-up will show then enter the name of the standard job.
3.Once the OK is clicked, the Standard job created will be found at the bottom of the list.
4.Multiple tasks can also be created as Standard job.
Customize the standard job by arranging multiple tasks in sequence.
Example: A complete development cycle that will take 3 shifts to complete.
Select all the tasks in the sequence then make into Standard Job.
