New feature – Multi-Process Shadow Tasks

We're happy to introduce highly sought-after improvements to our shadow task functionality. It now works across various CiteOps Processes, helping your teams communicate better and manage work more efficiently. Teams can now link their work plans when they affect other groups, making work coordination smoother. Shadow tasks can also serve as markers or be accepted/rejected with comments, and now include an option to shadow tasks as informational announcements only.

Commit Works will provide you with the relevant training materials to prepare the users for the feature improvement.

Front and back-end improvements

We've redesigned our front-end application to align with our clients who are embracing modernization and enhanced connectivity. The application is now faster and more efficient in web browsers, with an updated dynamic user interface for better responsiveness.

We focus on cybersecurity by thoroughly testing our latest release with outside experts and following important security standards like ISO27001, SOC2, and GDPR, in line with our cloud-first strategy.
