Overview of CiteOps Shift Plans

Once you have created a CiteOps plan, get a sense of how they will look when printed out for Supervisors and Crews to take to work

This article will explain the layout of a shift plan and how to print them in CiteOps.

2. How to print a shift plan?

In the Planning board or Shift Schedule:

  1. Right-click in the desire shift (outside of the task bars) > If necessary, use the calendar or arrows on the top right corner of the screen to navigate to the corresponding shift.

  2. Select Print Shift Plan.

  3. Select Shift Plan report.

4. Select additional processes: Print several team's plans by selecting other processes from the list.

5. Select Sort Options: Choose how do you want the tasks to be display: based on priority, task type, grouped per assigned crew members, etc.

6. Select show location tags on tasks and the shadow reason and shadow comment information on tasks

7. Select include tasks, KPIs, Resources, etc if this is required.

8. Select all forms or select specific forms from the list as required for each team.

9. Select all attachments or select specific attachments from the list as required for each team.

10. Click on Save & Print.

Tip 1: Users can customised these shift plan printing templates as they desired. Steps 4 to 9 will vary according to each site.


Examples:

CASE MAINTENANCE PROCESS:

  1. A shift supervisor wants to print a shift plan for the Maintenance department and electronic department.

  2. This supervisor wants to sort the tasks per task typed (grouped), Start Time, Priority then Description.

  3. This supervisor wants to have all KPIs, location tags, shadow reasons and resources.

  4. This supervisor wants to see one specific form for each department (Test Shift Checklist).

  5. This Supervisor wants to print all attachments.

CASE ELECTRONIC PROCESS:

  1. A shift supervisor wants to print a shift plan for Electronic, Development and Site-wide and Critical processes.

  2. This supervisor wants to sort the tasks per assigned equipment (grouped), Start Time, Priority then Description.

  3. This supervisor does not want to see all KPIs, location tags, shadow reasons and resources.

  4. This supervisor wants to select all forms

  5. This supervisor wants to print specific attachments (for example, "Sample Report" attachment for the electronic process)
