The ‘SEARCH TASKS’ function shows up in all screens in the top right-hand corner.

You can search for a task based on its description.

Type the description/or text that is part of the description of the task in the SEARCH TASKS field then press “Enter” in the keyboard.

A pop-up will be displayed showing all the tasks that have the text entered in the field.

Example: Search “Zero Harm”. This will display a list of tasks that contain this text in the description, along with the process/es, date and shifts for each task.

Double click on the task that you want to open the “Edit Shift Plan” Screen associated with the task.

Navigate to the correct task and double-click on the task to open the “Edit Task” Screen. You can now make changes to any of the task fields and click “Save”.
