New Mobile Applications

CiteOps 25.2 Mobile App enables operations planning and execution on mobile devices, supporting multiple device types, operating environments, and connectivity options. This broad compatibility significantly lowers barriers to adoption, making it easier to use across diverse operational scenarios. As mining companies further embed the use of CiteOps into their overarching enterprise architecture, we continue to enable the integration of CiteOps to other mining and corporate systems with a focus on streamlining and tracing the flow of information.

Process Locations Manager
CiteOps 25.2 introduces a location-based configuration for processes, allowing users to select from options such as "All Locations" for site-wide access, "Specific Locations" for designated areas, or "No Locations" for processes without a fixed location. This flexibility enhances operational control by aligning processes with specific site requirements.

Extended Single Sign-On (SSO)

CiteOps extends SSO capability beyond authentication to all of authentication and authorization enabling mining companies to centrally manage all access to CiteOps at their sites from identity providers such as Azure Active Directory (AD). With most sites now using CiteOps across hundreds of planning and operations team members and across many departments and disciplines, centrally managing all of this access enables consistency and continuous growth and usage of the product at the site.

Smart Import Integration

Extending our Smart Import capability to allow imports to execute seamlessly and automatically in the background means a controlled flow of information from other mining systems to CiteOps. At our first sites, this will be applied to the flow of information from upstream planning systems into CiteOps operations planning and execution schedules.

Following the release of CiteOps 25.0 last year, CiteOps 25.2 continues to reflect our passion and vision for enterprise-grade operations planning & execution software in the mining and metals industry.
