A Key Performance Indicator or KPI is a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives. Organizations use KPIs to evaluate their success at reaching targets. In CiteOps, KPIs can be set for a process and for a shift. This guide explains how you can allocate KPIs for a shift.

Step-By-Step Guide
