CiteOps allows you to create KPIs to track performance in different areas using information from tasks, task close out and system usage. The KPIs in CiteOps can be manual or calculated (the system will automatically calculate it based on rules configure in the system backend).
Add KPIs
To set up a manual KPI, meaning that the plan and actual value for the KPI will be manually completed, follow these steps:
1. Go to the 'Manage' Screen then click 'KPI' section.
2. Click 'Add KPI' and complete the details.
3. 'Save'.
Note: If the KPI is automatically calculated, send a ticket to support with the corresponding Target and Actual formula/logic to be set-up in the backend.
Enable KPI to Processes
Once active, KPIs (manual or calculated) have be enabled to the different processes in the “Process” Section of the Manage Screen following these steps:
1. Go to the 'Manage' Screen then click 'Processes' section.
2. Click on the process and go to the Default KPIs tab.
3. Tick the 'x' mark on each KPI to enable the KPIs into the process. A check mark means it's enabled.
4. 'Save'.
Once enabled, the KPIs can be visualised on the corresponding processes and shift in the Planning board and Shift Schedule Screen. Make sure the KPIs tables are enable within the Display options:
Edit KPI
1. Go to the 'Manage' Screen then click 'KPI' section.
2. Double click on the KPI to edit then edit accordingly.
3. 'Save'.
Deactivate KPI
1. Go to the 'Manage' Screen then click 'KPI' section.
2. Double click on the KPI to make inactive, scroll down then untick 'Active'.
3. If any case the KPI will be used again, tick the 'Show Inactive' then tick the 'Active' box.
