How to Sign-In to the Commit Works Help Centre?

This is to help users sign-in to Commit Works Help Centre.

This article outlines the process for setting up a user account through the Commit Works ticketing platform, providing an efficient way to submit requests to our Support Team and monitor request status.

Step-by-Step:

  1. If you're already signed in, you can go to step 3. If not, click on “Sign in”.

3. Sign in with Google or Microsoft account.

4. Click on your name and select “My activities”.

Users can search tickets raised them or other within the organization, and filter tickets by status.

Note: Please note that solved requests are archived after 28 days. If you experience any issues during the setup process or if you need information from older tickets, please contact our support team (support@commit.works) for assistance.
