This article will provide an outline of how people and crew data ends up in CiteOps such as rosters, occupations and qualifications. See the example list below:

Most of this data is automatically pulled across from SAP on a daily basis with the exception of a few key fields.

In addition to manually adding some extra people data, occasionally changes may need to be made to the SAP Imported data.

If SAP is out of date or inaccurate in a particular area and people are showing up incorrectly in CiteOps, you may need to make changes to their account directly in CiteOps.

How to overwrite SAP imported data;

Keep in mind this change will be temporary! If the info remains incorrect in SAP your changes in CiteOps will revert back to the SAP version upon the next import.

1. Select 'Change' on the field you wish to override.

2. Select 'Advanced'

3. Double click in the 'End' Date field and enter a date around 48 hours ago then hit save.

4. Click 'Add' up the top left. Add the new desired change for the person and ensure the 'from' date is at least 24 hours in the past. Then hit 'save'.
