Introduction

We are pleased to announce our v24.7 release. The key objective of the release is to introduce the Weekly & Monthly Location Job Targets.

New Feature: Weekly & Monthly Location Job Targets

  • Ability to enable/disable the Location Job Targets at site level.

  • Access the Location Jobs Targets screen where users have the ability to:
    a. Manage (add, edit, delete) location jobs per calendar per a process
    b. Add and enable new locations
    c. Enter planned targets & track scheduled values
    d. Assign & un-assign job tags & location tags

  • Create and Configure Weekly Location Job views on the Scheduler, where users can:
    a. Schedule tasks from the standard job panel to weekly location jobs
    b. Track the previous, current & upcoming weeks' planned, scheduled, and actual values
    c. Complete actions to manage scheduled tasks (the weekly jobs views have the same task management functionality as the tasks' views), such as managing tasks' equipment, people & locations
    d. Assign & un-assign location tags

  • Create & Configure Reporting Calendars used to determine the reporting period of each Location Job
    a. Create an infinite amount of Reporting Calendars on the Manage Reporting Calendar screen
    b. Configure the start & end dates of the calendars' weeks and months
    c. Select which Task Types the calendar is relevant to

  • Ability to control which users can manage or view Location Job Targets
    a. Location Job Targets Manager allows users to manage Location Job Targets
    b. Other users with access to the Planning board, Schedule Screens & Scheduler by default have view-only access to the Location Jobs Target screen.

Improvements

  • Ability to see what KPIs need to be entered manually and what are auto-calculated in the Mobile App

  • Ability see the task priority on my tasks to ensure the shift is always focused on delivering the most important tasks first in the Mobile App
